Cobham Training Centre
Project: Chelsea FC

Patera is delighted to have worked alongside long-term partner, Q-railing at The Cobham Training Centre in Surrey. Located in the village of Stoke d’Abernon, Cobham is the training ground of Chelsea Football Club.
We designed and installed a series of glass balustrades – the main one of which, has a bronze handrail.

Project: University of Cambridge
West Hub Central Staircase
Made of sheet steel, the self supporting staircase forms a dramatic sculptural element within the triple-height atrium in the dynamic £40m West Hub, on the University’s West Cambridge Site.
The West Hub represents a radical transformation of the research campus to create a new and lively destination quarter in the city – the West Cambridge Innovation District.
Patera helped deliver the complete package, including oak and lighting.
The Tottenham Experience
Project: Tottenham Hotspur FC

Patera was thrilled to work alongside Tottenham Hotspur FC at their club shop, The Tottenham Experience. We fitted handrails and balustrades including a curved glass balustrade with Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) stainless capping rail.
We used Q-railing products together with bespoke fabrications that were manufactured in-house. It was a challenging but extremely rewarding project, which combined bespoke and modular systems.

Project: Private homeowner, Surrey
House extension
This is, without doubt, one of the most striking and interesting house extensions we’ve had the privilege to be involved with. It uses lightweight CORTEN cladding, designed and manufactured by Patera.

This ‘floating’ steel staircase was installed at Great Ormond Street Hospital on behalf of our client Skanska.
Installation was quite challenging given the restrictive access — but the end result was a positive one.
